My expertise
-
Design thinking for talent development
I apply strategies and practices from UX research and service design to research and map current experiences; get to the core of a problem or opportunity; align stakeholders; and iteratively develop multi-faceted solutions to grow an organizations greatest resource: its people.
-
Fostering cultures of learning
I help raise the level of individual and organizational performance by carefully analyzing an organizational challenge and then addressing the root cause. I continually research and experiment with new tools for and approaches to learning and collaboration and keep up with the latest research on learning and development.
-
People program management
Leveraging my design thinking background, I build and iterate structured programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and well-being. My approach is strategic, data-driven, and outcomes-focused, with a goal to cultivate environments where employees thrive and contribute to organizational success.
